Job Purpose
Sell our great Saas Payroll & HR product to UK SMB customers
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
- Drive PaySpace's growth through outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads into opportunities and closed business
Qualifying Leads:
- Conduct high-level conversations with prospects to identify their needs and qualify their interest in PaySpace's products and services
- Develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touchpoints, and the handoff to an Account Executive
Appointment Setting:
- Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team with qualified prospects
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set
CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system
Follow-Up:
- Execute targeted follow-up campaigns to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimise lead generation and qualification processes
- Learn from our seasoned sales team and help build out our world-class Sales Playbook and Tech Stack
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Experience in HR tech or fintech would be a plus!
- You have a way with words and can write email copy and sequence campaigns that convert
- You have experience selling into the UK&I market across various customer segments and industries
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- High energy and enthusiasm
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a tea
- You are a native English speaker
- Thrive in a global remote team environment
- Located in the UK or elsewhere in EMEA, within GMT +/- 1 hour time zone
